SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days*. Please note, periods of high order volumes may result in delays. Should that be the case, we will do our best to clearly communicate this information on our website.

*Custom, Wholesale and all Made-to-Order products may take up to 14 Business Days to process due to production, curing and packaging time requirements. 

Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery time frames for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. This may appear in your spam folder depending on your email settings.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sweet Suds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages

Sweet Suds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please read each product description fully before buying. Due to the delicate nature of handcrafted products we are unable to accept returns on any items with the exception of items found to be damaged or defective, and to be determined on a case-by-case basis only. If the product you received is in fact damaged or was sent by mistake, we will gladly do our best to fix the problem! Please contact us at hello@sweetsuds.com for more information.
